Why Pasta'a exists

The market gap we close.

⚠  The Problem
👨‍🍳
Hot food in public locations requires kitchen staff, high operating costs, and restricted hours
❄️
Existing vending machines only dispense pre-packaged or cold products — nothing is cooked on the spot
💸
Food courts demand heavy capital investment, long setup times, and ongoing labour costs
✓  The Pasta'a Solution
🤖
Fully automated, PLC-operated robotic cooking — no staff, no training, no HR overhead, ever
🍝
Real fresh pasta cooked on demand — not reheated, not pre-packaged, genuinely made to order in 60 seconds
📦
Compact 2.2×2.2 m footprint, standard power connection — operational within hours of delivery
How it works

Our Story

From a simple idea
to Pasta'a Unit NR1.

This is not a whiteboard startup. It is a manufacturing story — built from steel, electronics, software, food safety, and years of relentless iteration. Made in Belgium.

2019
The beginning

A simple observation.
A complex question.

Autobite did not start as a "startup" — it started as a simple observation: good, fresh pasta is rarely available when you actually need it.

Food on the go was fast, but often mediocre. Quality existed, but it was tied to kitchens, staff, and opening hours.

"Can you offer fresh pasta 24/7 — without a kitchen, without staff?"

2019–2023
First prototype

Think. Design. Print.
Test. Redesign.

We had a workshop and the ability to work metal and weld. To truly build this, we needed more: a high-quality 3D printer and a robust lathe. From that point on, we could work the right way — for every single part.

It was years of designing, testing, and starting over. No off-the-shelf solutions. No existing machine to build upon.

After countless iterations, the first working prototype proved one crucial thing: it works. A robot capable of preparing a hot pasta meal autonomously, hygienically, and reproducibly.

Full commitment

All in.
No fallback.

In January 2022, a clear decision was made: the employment contract was ended and the focus shifted fully to Autobite.

Every component was designed, 3D-printed, modified, and tested in-house. Not because it was the easiest path — but because it was the only way to build a machine that truly works.

Building Unit NR1

Building Pasta'a
Unit NR1.

In our workshop in Staden, we build entirely in-house: design, steel construction, welding, assembly, testing and fine-tuning. Every phase documented, every component earned.

The machine is a fully autonomous, 24/7 standalone unit suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The sauces are developed with a professional chef — no preservatives. The pasta is fresh, pre-cooked — not frozen — finished perfectly inside the machine.

The tipping point

From building
to rollout.

With Pasta'a Unit NR1, we have reached a crucial moment: moving from building to rollout. The first test location is being launched in West Flanders. From there, the official launch follows at high-traffic locations.

The market is ready. The technology is in place. Now the next phase begins.

Created, designed,

This is not hype. This is the result of persistence — years of hands-on manufacturing work that most startups outsource or skip entirely.

The next chapter

This story is not
finished yet.

We are looking for partners and investors who understand that building takes time, believe in manufacturing, and want to help write the next chapter. Autobite is building the future of food-on-the-go — from Belgium, step by step.
